When you activate the ‘sun protect’ function, the smart device anticipates the hottest time of the day, and lowers your sun protection to block the sun’s heat. It therefore directly contributes to making your indoor temperature more comfortable, effortlessly.

Night cooling:
- During heatwaves, Amy sun protect io automation will operate even better if you can reduce your room / home temperature during the night.
Amy sun protect io installed in a house equipped with air-conditioning:
- Amy sun protect io will allow you to delay the use of your air-conditioning as you are maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature thanks to Amy sun protect io.
- If you want to keep your air-conditioning as back up, use Amy sun protect io setting coherent with your air conditioning temperature activation.
E.g.: Program Amy sun protect io temperature at 25°C and your air-conditioning temperature above 25°C like 26°C.
To visualize the battery level of the Amy® io, it is necessary to pair beforehand the controller to TaHoma: How to add my Amy® io and its indoor temperature sensor in TaHoma?

Then, please visit the "…" menu of the TaHoma app, select "My remote controls" and your Amy.

There are two types of indicators : HIGH or VERY LOW
- HIGH
- VERY LOW
If your Amy io has a sensor, you can see the battery level by clicking on the data feedback sensor inthe "My home" menu
